I’ve bad experience with Protectionfilms24 (or Schutzfolien24). The purpose of this blog is to share bad experience and warn everyone who want to buy screen protectors from Protectionfilms24.

I bought Vikuiti DQC160 screen protector for Galaxy Tab 7.7 from “schutzfolien24-de”
ebay seller on date : 5 Apr 2012

I received this item quickly but found some problem. It came bent because without any protection from packaging. (I know that is the transport problem, but the packaging would have helped.)

I tried to contact this seller and told him about this problem.

He asked me to send a photo, then I hurry take photo of bent package and send it to him. (shown as below)

After that, he told me check a screen protector itself again.

I told him agian it’s bend.

And he asked me to send a photo of screen protector again, he want to see how much it’s bent.

I tried to use the books and weights to press it back to flat.

After I tried to use the books and weights to press it for 1 day. It has a little bit better than yesterday.

I take a photo to him again (shown as below : after use the books to press it 1 day)

He replied me that “Please take the book a few more days on it” and no any responsibility.


At first, I think he is some dealer on ebay (may be not relate to Protectionfilms24.com)

Thus, I decide to complaint this problem to main web(Protectionfilms24.com)
and suggest about this problem.

I suggest that Please improve package protection for screen protector.
for example, put screen protector between two hard paper.

But…

The reply came from same people on ebay.

He reply me that “It is not bend” ….

No Responsibility again.

Conclusion :

He asked me to send a photo twice and i hurry sent to him but no any responsibility.

I think the vikuiti is the great screen protector. However it’s useless for me because very poor packaging from this seller.

Finally, I decide that I buy other new screen protector, and leave him negative feedback on ebay.
(He is the first ebay seller i leave negative fb.)

You maybe think i try to discredit him but i don’t have any reason to do that.

I want to share about my bad experience only.

Hope to see him improve packaging protection for other people who buy his products.

Hope I’m the last person who found this problem.
